1. Agreement
These Terms are a contract between you and [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using Streak Club (“the app”), you agree to them. If you don’t agree, don’t use the app.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country) to use Streak Club, and able to enter into a binding contract.
3. What Streak Club is
Streak Club lets you and your crew set a shared habit and compete to keep your streaks alive over a season. Miss your weekly target and you lose lives; run out and you’re eliminated.
No real money. In the current version, clashes are for pride only — there is no buy-in, no wagering, no cash prize, and no payout. Streak Club is not a gambling or real-money gaming service.
4. Your account
You sign in with Sign in with Apple. You’re responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your Apple ID secure. Tell us promptly at hello@streakclub.app if you suspect unauthorised use.
5. Acceptable use
Don’t: break the law; harass, abuse or impersonate others; cheat or manipulate streaks, results or other players; probe, scrape, overload or reverse-engineer the service; or use it to send spam or malware. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of the content you create (habit names, display name, etc.). You grant us a limited licence to host and display it so the app can function — for example, showing your name and progress to your crew. You’re responsible for what you submit and confirm you have the right to submit it.
7. Availability & changes
We’re building Streak Club actively. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or streaks. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including under mandatory Dutch and EU consumer law).
9. Termination
You can stop using the app and delete your account anytime via Account → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. On termination, your right to use the app ends; deletion of your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, and disputes are subject to the courts of [COURT / CITY, e.g. Amsterdam], without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
